Qnap TR-004 and smartmon - Unknown USB bridge Delete Edit

Try this:

smartctl -d jmb39x-q,0 -x /dev/sdX # where /dev/sdX is one of the drives from the TR-004

Note that you don’t select the drive using /dev/sdX, but rather by chosing the correct number after jmb39x-q, - 0 means disk 1 and so on.
